Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item if unopened, unworn and/or unused, and in the original condition with every additional accessory including the packaging supplies.
All made-to-order and bespoke sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your bespoke order, you must forfeit the 50% deposit but you will not be charged for the remaining cost of your item.
3. RESALE
In rare cases a bespoke item can be sold back to this atelier for a fraction of the price listed on the receipt.
4. FINAL NOTES
We reserve the right to deny any request without explanation.
